"Crément" is the Méthode Champenoise technique used to produce sparkling wine in regions outside of Champagne. It has been crafted in Burgundy since the 19th century using traditional methods. We are proud to offer a beautiful brut sparkling wine from the historic Hyland vineyard. Aged over 18 months on its lees, it developed the most refined sparkling and complex aromas that Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay can deliver.
